Not sure what part i broke is called

I recently purchased a moped wanna be from keagen autoparts... a "Zooma" ... it seems to be made froma simple 22 cc lawnmower motor and looks really nice. The problem i had 3 hours after running it all over town was the pull start. I turned it off the last time and now it wont engage the motor when i pull. I pulled off the pull start and there is a centrafugal clutch. There is a BLACK PLASTIC arm that is spring loaded.... when i pull the pull start it hits the pull start and turns the motor. then once the motor is going the black plastic part swings to the outside... out of the way....

WHAT THE HECK IS THIS BLACK PART AND WHERE DO I GET SOMETHING BETTER?

well whats the nicest way i can put this..... YOUR SHIT OUT OF LUCK.... there are what we call "toss-A-scooter" ride it once and toss it away, once it's broke your screwed, you got a better chance of finding Bin Laden then parts for these bikes, there chinese import junk and no body carries them, You may try a local moped shop in hopes they got a junk one someone were or look on ebay... all the help i can offer

do a search on here for a thread about cheap chinese moped, or something like that. theres a guy in that thread that is takeing those on trade and has one for parts.

I'm bringing this thread back to life just to point out how funny the Bin Laden statement is.

First off that thing is not a moped at all, even if classed as one by law. a Zuma made by Yamaha is a good scooter, what you got is a boat anchor. Disassemble what you have and you should be able to see what broke. Maybe put on a rope pull starter, it will be a Jerry rig, however you do it. Get it going and sell it asap, buy a moped and we here will be more than happy to help you with it, even a no-ped like a qt-50, fa-50 or express. cheap asian scooters are of very low quality, if you desire a scooter get a Honda or a Yamaha, or a Vespa.

That was in 2003.... chances are he became a real boy by now and bought a Moped..... or maybe he died....but, back to the top it goes!! And the bin laden part is PRICELESS.
