": i bought mine for $500 used. the person i bought it from paid $650 from Steve's Mopeds in New Jersey. i haven't been able to find out much about it other than that JC Penny's put these but it has a Puch engine. i found a place on the net that sells the owner's manual and lots of parts for Puch mopeds. email me if you would like the url.
