The COTL have jump started the formerly dormant California moped scene, inspiring gangs to form in LA, Sacremento, Redding, and Portland.
Is this true? Were COTL a direct influence? Also, are you counting Portland, OR as part of CA or is there a Portland, CA?

I would say for sure that C.O.T.L influenced the gathering of mopeders in Sacramento. When I first saw their website I was bound and determined to help grow a moped scene here. And when I saw them in person it was unbeliveable.
