A lot of people say that you have to replace the piston by a Metrakit of Airsal piston, because the original piston isn't suitable for right-turning engines because of the un-centered piston-pin.

When fitting this cylinder you should mind the piston-rings. They come out of the intake, you need to push them back before sliding the piston further in.
