The Ped Pirates sailed in from a long lost island somewhere is the Downtown San Jose area. If you see a pirate flag taped on the gas tank of a moped riding down the streets of San Jose you have found one of the elusive Ped Pirates. Better not get too close! We have 4 members as of late.
