Noped

Noped is a term used to describe a motor bike which resembles a moped in many ways, except it lacks pedals.
Broken down: "No Pedals"
Some manufactures, such as Tomos, offer mopeds with the option of foot pegs instead of pedals. Those who choose the foot pegs version inherently choose to ride a noped.
Also known as a mopeg: MOtor PEG
Many states will still consider a noped as a moped when registering.
