Mission 23

Mission 23 is the New York City branch of the Moped Army. It was founded in 2003 by Gabriel Drummond-Cole, Althea Erickson, Alison Gies, Carrie Netzer, and Annie Tsui. Most of the members of Mission 23 live in upper Brooklyn and inner Queens; a few members live in outer Queens and Manhattan.

Mission 23 hosted the Grand Theft Moped rally in September 2005.
