Kromag was a Austrian metal company that worked with Puch to produce step-thru style mopeds such as the Sears Free Spirit and the JCPenney Pinto. The full name of the company was Kromag Metallindustrie AG and they closed in 1987.

Note, the current company called Kromag Metallindustrie GmbH, is not the same Kromag that made mopeds, nor are/were they affiliated in any way.
