Ballard

Ballard is a neighborhood in North West Seattle known for it's strong Nordic heritage and ship canal locks. Although Mosquito Fleet members are scattered throughout the city, Ballard has the highest concentration with approximately half of the Fleet's members living in the neighborhood.

Ballard is host to several local Mosquito Fleet hangouts, including The Viking Tavern and The Tin Hat. Mopeds can be seen regularly buzzing through the area at all hours of the day and night.
