Engine:
E50 Stock 49cc cylinder & piston
unstuffed racing crankshaft
needle bearing on wristpin
plug:B5HS
Boss pipe
12mm Bing w/ 58 Jet
stock airbox w/ extra holes made
Transmission:
stock 2 arm clutch
front sprocket 18
rear sprocket 45
Electrical: (6v)
Stock points
Fuel ratios tried:
25:1 (right after rebuild) waaaaaay too wet, lost a great deal of power
40:1 (current) much better in terms of speed but still 4-strokes a great deal
current problems:
4-stroking at anything less than WOT
Bing leaks from all seams even with new gaskets
poor lower powerband (bad acceleration)
