Always wanted a moped - finally got one last year. Beautiful kelly-green Peugeot 103. Worked for a month or so and then quit. Been fixing on it ever since. Haven't had it now for 7 weeks, because some mechanic told me he knew what to do, had a look, and then held onto it for 7 weeks claiming that he would still get it. He didn't touch it after the first week - he didn't have a clue.
Now I'm stuck, but have purchased a Mobylette that needs a little work. Still have high hopes of figuring out the 103.
