I live in Fall Creek, Oregon just 25 miles southeast from Eugene. This is moped heaven with endless miles of country touring through historic covered bridges along side rivers and creeks and through dense douglas fir forests. Nearby Eugene is the perfect moped city as all the city street speed limits are between 25-30 mph.
I recently bought a Vespa Grande Super Deluxe with 900 miles on it for $300 dollars! Runs like a dream.
