My ped is really a motorcycle where I live because it's 55cc and has a manually
shifted 3 speed transmission. It's basically a 2 stroke version of a Honda Cub. But it's small and slow so I guess some would call it a ped. I'm considerable older than most of you as I started riding a 50cc Tohatsu in 1965.
