Hey every1, I just turned 13 and i really wanta moped! I have enough "mula" and i've read just about every rule posible, but one reala bugs me, it's say's i have 2 b 14 2 ride a 'ped... my 12 year old neighbor rides one with outa HELMET!!!! and she rides it on the street 2! So, could u guys tell me if u know if a 13 year old girl can b ridin' a 'ped or not? *i'm not gunna do somthin' igieal*
