I purchased a moped instead of making everything from scratch, it is up and running. You can see me riding in athens. The moped is in need of a new paint job, I will do that sometime later. I have a 12mm bing carb with a 74 jet currently, e50 engine, high flow puch air filter, 16/45 gear ratio, proma GP exhaust, stock cylinder and piston, supposedly 2hp engine...but I never did check, high compression head. It does 30+ mph depending on hills...I think it maxes out at 30 mph or so on level ground. I am looking to slowly improve it. I have one other friend that got a moped after me, puch, and I am going to help another friend look for a puch and maybe sometime we will have enough to start a group in Athens... I enjoy working on them and it has been fun and enjoyable learning about it as I have worked on mine. I really appreciate all the advice and I am up to any advice you wish to give! thanks!
I also attend a campus ministry (UGACCF) and we have lots of fun and our men's group is great and we have been down to New Orleans and we will continue to do trips there to help rebuild since they are greatly still in need, if you would like to join us just let me know.
