i am a graduate student who is extremely interested in purchasing and learning about moped soon (like.. in january) - as univ. student, i could use fuel-efficient, small, easily-parked vessel which will get me to point A to B with flying style!
tips are welcomed! ie. where i could look for one, who still sells them, what would be the decent price, tuning, etc etc...
