I just moved to Hawaii and I bought a moped or something like a motorcycle Taizhou ChaunL to be exact it can go about 60 mph. But I have one problem... I can't make it run longer than 5 seconds before it goes out. It is brand new, and I've been told that I have to adjust something in order to make it run. I need help
