WEST SEATTLE MOPED ARMY REPORT CARD

I love my Express because it runs and runs and runs and runs and runs.
Its a very light bike great for weaving around the pot holes and inner city cager grid lock. Not fast at all, 28 MPH tops but I'm never in a rush so speed is not an issue today. I rate this bike A +++ for great runner.

CURRENT MILEAGE -----
nc50 Express 1980 11600 miles (current runner)
I ride this bike to work so I can get free parking.
I have saved lots of money riding this bike. I save
$1600 a year in transportation costs.
85 - 100 MPG depends on the amount of hill climbing.

nc50 Express 1981 4500 miles (spare)
This bike always starts after two kicks.

cb550 K2 1976 16000 miles (motorcycle)
A true Honda classic motorcycle
I have an Endorsement to ride the K2 (NICE)

1982 Honda c70 Its top speed is around 40 MPH
Looking forward to riding it to work.

OILS / FUELS for the Honda Express -----
1. Gas - 89 octane works best
Gas mileage is currently between 85 MPG - 100 MPG.
2. HONDA GN2 (THE OIL - GAS MIX)
3. HONDA GN4 (USED IN THE GEARBOX ) 10W - 40W
4. Spark plug NGK BP4HS.
Use Honda stock oils or you will be sorry !
The stock injector works perfectly, taking it off and
doing premix is just wrong !

ASSESSORIES for ENGINE INFORMATION -----
1. Race Pro 111 RMP and engine and temp guage.
2. Speedzone 5.0 Sport Cyclocomputer, T141

CURRENT IMPRESSIONS -----
The Honda NC50 Express has 2-Stroke Power.
Best head temps are around 410F - EGT 800F - 1300F. Why any one would try to make this bike go faster is beyond me. Why destroy a perfecty designed product for speed lust. If you want more speed go get a fast motorcycle. The NC50 bikes hate modifications so be prepared for some serious frustration. The biggest failure you can have with the NC50 is trying to make it go faster. The always running factor on this bike is really high and when you modify it kiss that idea good bye and enjoy getting stranded on the side of the road. Hey if you have one in your garage that is just sitting there let me know, I will give you a fair price for it so I can ride it and save it from your lack of care and attention. The lack of care and attention kills these bikes and by all means store it outside in the weather so it can rust and rot away. My biggest problem are people who are in a big fat hurry and like to tail gate me while they are on their cell phone.

END OF REPORT -----

I installed a RACEPRO 3 with EGT and head temperature monitoring on my NC50 1980
