I acquired this at a garage sale for $25.00 summer of 2007, and became obsessed with restoring it, and finally finished it this summer (2008) with the help of Dale, Jim, and my brother Mark. The information from many of you out there in Moped Army land e.g. Vladimir, and Qroject, and John at JawaMoped was very helpful. I purchased some parts from Miles, Coco and Goldbay, and I appreciate that. I'm loving the heck out of riding it, and especially love the 175 mpg!
