Moped Army BBQ 6
May 27, 2002 - Moped BBQ 6 was bigger and better than ever. This year the event was at a new location, The Space, which is the local show space/coffee shop/art gallery in Kalamazoo.
The new location changed the dynamic of the race, and gave us a lot more space to showcase mopeds and work. Members of The Bombardment Society, Janus and The Blue Shirt Holiday showed up, as well as others from out of town.
There were over 60 mopeds, and over 30 racing – the most ever. It was the best BBQ yet, so be sure to check out the photos.
