This moped is the Gilera CBA and it was the European version of the Piaggio Vespa Grande. It's 50 cc.
The first model of this moped, the CB1, was made from Gilera and had a Gilera engine. After the Gilera brand was bought from the Piaggio, they changed the engine and mounted a Piaggio engine.
