1966 Bridgestone Surfrider

This is model BS 50/SP, year 1966 (or 1967?) and we don’t know its true nickname is “Surfrider”, or not? The marked stamp says it is 60cc, but it actually is 50cc. We recently bought it in July 2009 in an excellent pristine condition; however we believe there are still plenty of rooms for improvement, and therefore your comments are greatly appreciated.
