so I made the black pipes pull start thing and never updated about my final results. seems like there's some confusion about it. I'll update the blog as soon as I have pictures and whatever. The washer isn't prone to failure, it's the aluminum pawl that wears out. But, if done correctly, (and I'll show how to do that when I update) it will last for years and years. my first attempt only last
