I quickly realized one of the downfalls of the aluminum; without the two2cool additive it got so hot that the aluminum expanded enough the make the clutch stick. But once I added that shit it's fine. Also, I have the springs in there, like 'em a lot. Real smooth engagement. At first I had some pre-load on them and it didn't engage until like 6-6.5k (my tach's busted, just guessing), which is fun for taking off but not too practical for city riding. Now I have them with no pre-load and it engages probably 1k lower, which is perfect.
