mark, but you don't need the spacer. weld the new magic pipe to the bell at the backside, the non-rounded side, not the bell contact surface. no spacer, no need to space, just to get it centered. There will be a gap between your new "pipe" and the original bell contact surface, but no big deal. don't make me draw something in mspaint.
