Does it matter on the size of the exhaust boosts at cylinder VS their inlet into the exhaust?
And/Or
What is the maximum measurement forward vs side to side of the exhaust booster that will not negatively effect exhaust duration and not cut into the cylinder stud openings? It seems like you have not raised the actual exhaust with the boosters, or if you have, very minimally < 1mm?
I have tried on some of the junk 64cc or larger Puch kits that I have, and found that there is not much room to add boosters to the exhaust ( side to side ) without running into the cylinder stud holes, but you clearly have done it without running into them.
I may have to revisit this project and see what I can come up with
