Moped Army

I just bought a moped and it ran just fine at idle. Just recently however I ran out of gas, and I might have not put in the right amount of gas:oil. Also being the immature youth I am (meaning I'm stupid) I tried to do a shortcut and I ran the moped across 6 lanes. In the middle of these lanes I hit the bottom of my engine on the median. Also another thing to know is that I need some front forks. Any help or ideas would be pretty helpful. Thanks in advance.
