Moped Army

I am looking to split my Derbi case.

I have heard tell you need a special tool or at least "should have" said tool.

Anyone know where I can get this special tool or a way to do it without it?

I need to grind down those pesky case nubs to get my kit on and there is no way of doing it with the case together.

Well there is but it could be really bad if you I didn't rinse out all the shavings or if I nicked the crank too many times with the dremel.

Any other little tricks would help.
