Moped Army

Hey i have a 79 qt50 and ive been trying to figure a good replacement for the stock airfilter seeing that it runs so much beetter with it off, due to the simple fact it plugs the pilot jet. I have read heella forums on here about getting a 350 chevy ouil breather filter and it fits perfect well i did that and it doesnt fit perfect, so i was wondering other alternatives besides going with the k&n setup? thanks
