Moped Army

Hello, I am pretty new at this whole thing.. But I have been reading and searching like crazy.. so as a last resort, I have to have to post another non start topic.. please dont get mad.. I really TRIED! i am desperate and just want to get it started at least.. here is my set up..

1980 motobecane with AV7 case..
parmakit 70 cc (new)
high comp head 70 cc w/o decomp(new)
dellorto phbg 21 mm carb.. 100 jet..
doppler er3 exhaust..


Okay here is the problem,
I got the bike in non running condition.. everything was shit.. I tore it apart.. redid everything.. every part was sand blasted.. the gas tank was completely cleaned out .. so the bike is basically like it was before it got painted.. anywyas.. I replaced everything on the motor except for the internals and bottom end casing.. put everything together.....

I unhooked all the wiring .. everything! no more wires..

wired up the gray wire to the stock coil.. hooked up a working condenser to the same wire.. and then hooked up a fresh spark plug to the coil.. checked for spark.. and I got spark.. (I later realized my stock condenser was okay and got the same spark)

next, because I took apart the motor, I retimed it to 2mm btdc (used a multimeter and everything.. so I am pretty sure points are okay and timing is correct.. I retimed like 10 times.. got the same spot everytime..

everything is hooked up and ready to go
except for any accesories..they are all unhooked and left out..(nothing is plugged in except for the coil.)

I sat the bike on the ground.. took a drill and tried to start...
turn turn turn.. nothing.. i tried to choke it..and then throttle.. throttle and choke.. man nothing!!!! took the plug out.. wet as hell! gas and oil is spilling out the exhaust end.. so I am pretty sure I am getting enough gas...

Everything is new, so I am pretty sure there is compression...
Why wont it starttt??? I know I have to tune it once it starts.. but it wont start! I looked over everything soo many times..

what am I missing? what could possibly be wrong? is the spark not strong enough? are the lights supposed to be hooked up? I am getting spark without anything hooked up.. so I thought if I have spark, compression, air, gas.. and correct timing, it should start up.. or at least try to explode.. but nothing! not even one single pop!!!

I am really stumped on this one, please miracle workers, tell me what is wrong with my moby!
