stock peugeot does not have the same taper as tomos/derbi/puch/hobbit. Yes you can get a crankshaft that does have the same taper but factory and many after market cranks "do" not have the same taper. Tomos/derbi/puch/hobbit/ktm50/minarelli scooter/ and many more all have a 5 degree taper cut for a magneto. The size of that taper can vary but the taper itself is all at 5 degree's. Peugeot and Motobecane both have a 4 degree taper cut unless you get a special crankshaft which then has a 5 degree taper.
