No you shouldn't use bicycle tires and tubes.
Yes bicycle cables work well for throttle/decompression/choke cables, but shouldn't be used for moped brake cables.
Piston rings for plated and steel cylinder bores are usually different and shouldn't be swapped.
Measure and set the ring end gap of new piston rings, this includes kits.
