New to the forums but have been lurking around here for a while and thought I would join and share what I have found through working on my moped.

The Ped: 1980 Honda Express II Na 50

Mods:
Malossi 70cc cylinder kit
Proma Circuit Pipe - fabricated to fit
Knock-off 20mm Keihin Carb #38 Piloit Jet, #93 Main Jet
Uni Pod Air Filter
Custom 25mm intake, with stock reeds
Stock Tranny, filled with Bel-Ray Clutch and Tranny Fluid
Stock Size Tires

The results:
Top Speed 45 mph all day long
A little slow off the line, but a massive power band around 18 mph all the way through 35, then climbs to 45 mph.

The only thing I have not changed but would like to is the cluch spings. Has anybody out there changed them and if so what springs did you use?
