Moped Army

So my morini M1 is acting up. I drilled out the intake and now every time i spray the head with carb cleaner the revs race. It idles rough and the engine drops off with a throttle blip, and races a moment later.

Some notes about my setup, case inducted (with reed block) 15:15 dellorto with a 78 jet, polini single ring kit, treats zen pipe.
Also i have just replaced all the gaskets except the gasket between the two sides of the case.

Any one else deal with this kind of problem ever?
