Most mopeds inject oil into the intake manifold, so you would be injecting an un-metered extra amount of fuel. This injected fuel isn't even atomized, it'll be large droplets. The second problem is that oil injectors have a ball valve to prevent oil from leaking into your engine when the engine isn't running(the oil injection system is basically gravity fed). I think that the lower viscosity of the premix will allow it to leak much easier. If it does leak past the ball valve it will fill your crankcase full of fuel. I've had this happen with oil, and its not fun. In fact it put so much oil into the engine it hydro-locked. I'd say use it as intended, or remove it.
