Moped Army

Ok, so I have an av10 on my bike that I rebuilt with a new doppler top end this summer. It's got the nicasil bore and all that good stuff, but i didn't put nearly enough miles on it to break it in, probably 30 miles at the most. The problem is, I'm not around to finish the job and I'll be away from my garage for a year. My question is this: are there any consequences from leaving the bike halfway broken in for a year? Would ring or bore corrosion fuck it up, or would it be ok to finish up next summer? Anyone have any experience with this sort of stuff?
