The difference in ENGLISH Decimal between my city and hwy plugs could be as much as .008 to .011 diference between the two.

Usually the city plug hides in the moped tool area if I foul.

The small gap helps prevent fouling on stop and go because it will always sparking because it is close.

But a large gap gets a nice ass spark when you are cruising and will give a more definit burn of all the fuel.

I open my gap untill it misfires when I stop a lot, but blipping the throttle when stopped or shutting it off keeps my plugs fine. I even got my girlfriend to not foul plugs.

But then you meet someone who LOVES idling their 'scooter' then compains why it runs like shit and I end up cleaning their plug telling them its not a car, stop idling.

Lets say my moby has a .020" gap by factory, I have two of them running a .029" and a .031".
I don't idle and blip the throttle.
