i agree with ed if your going to replace the studs with bolts go allen... did you just tack weld the nut on or did you get serious with it? id say maybe try and go a little heavier on the weld.... on my metra 80 i had to cut the studs off flush with the cylinder and then drill new holes.... it was pretty sketchy but if all else fails it is an option....
