Moped Army

Thank you everyone for your advice!! I tore it all back apart and put in new seals in. I started it up and all was good. I took it up the block nice and slow and was running good. Turned around and about half way up the block it lost power and is doing the same thing!!!! The only thing I can think of is a burr or something that is messing up my seals?? If I spray carb cleaner were the grommet is for my wiring going into the motor, it dies. I am still thinking its my seal but I could be getting cleaner on my points?? Guess I will tear it back down.
