Ok, so I just got this shiny new crossbar in the mail from treats, and have no idea what EBR was thinking. I have a tensioning bolt/nut that's shaped like this: ---C and the bar which has a hole in it for the --- of the tensioner. What I don't get is where the C is supposed to go. Oh wait, I think I just figured it out. Nevermind.

To confirm, does it go above the tank but below the headset flange, so that it sits on a painted part of the head tube?
