firstly go over it and make sure the brakes aren't dragging, worn, loose, or dry wheel bearings, low tire pressure, or carbon buildup in the exhaust aren't slowing you down, it might go 25-30, unless it's a 20mph spec model, then it's time to think about upgrading the exhaust etc. lots of info in the wiki, link up top. check out fred's guide, the moby and performance sections, etc.
