Leo isnt the computer type and I dont personally think the wiki is very easy to use, update, or find stuff. I just think its stupid for people to be able to modify shit. The stuff Leo has, is from the 70's all about tuning. Its not about how Joe Blow kitted his first moped and how he put a new set of seals on his motor. Sure being able to add useful info is important, but for the most part people dont know what they are doing or know that much about tuning. So only the well educated should be allowed to post info. You dont want some moron telling you how to install seals the wrong way.
