IT is bolt on for a MALOSSI cylinder.
Everyone here knows you sand it to put it on a stock moby.

It is probably in the wiki or on mabecanemobylette that sanding is required.
It is also -very- pretty close to fitting.
Just refer to that picture, 6 posts above or look here at a MOBY only forum site. break>
