That depends part-lee on RPM / port timing /number deg's of blow down / header length and chamber design to.
A 16 mm / 5/8" ID stinger will be better for tuning 70cc.
Renumber at higher altitude you need a longer Stinger/more back presser.
Low Alt start with 12" over 6,000 ft 14".
1# Plug chop and tune in, make note's of settings CHT EGT temp and power band.
2# Now cut 1" off and repeat step one.
3# Repeat step,s 1 & 2 fore more times.
By now you shod have a feel of what is changing the powerband with etch cut.
Now make 1/4" cuts find the sweet spot.
