NC50 Problem - perf filter, 15mm carb, gut exhaust
1980 Honda Express NC50 - 6,000mi - Stock setup ran great! Hit 28.
I gutted a stocked exhaust, installed a 15mm Dellorto replica carburetor, upjetted to a .0280 jet, installed a K&N style air filter, grinded out a reed plate a tiny bit with the stock petals.
My problem is I'm only going 2 mph faster then my stock set up.
What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?
