start by changing little things like gearing, the free spirits came factory with a 14tooth front sprocket, change that to a 16 tooth, also, pull the restrictors out of the air box and pull the 10mm restrictor out of the manifold,

the one in the manifold is a bitch to get out

doing that should easily warrant 30+ mph
