The spree head is cool for stock, but I wouldn't recommend it on a kit.
You need those extra fins/surface area to cool the kit.
I really want to run a derbi hi compression head on my express.
Word on the street is the bolts match up, I can't guarantee it though.
I ground down my head some to get some more compression. The problem there is the squish zone is all wrong.
Squish is its whole weird thing. You would think the least space in the head dome the better. Not so. There is a whole tuning sub science that is squish. I can't even explain it. Do a search, some guys made their own heads for hobbits and express by grinding them down then going in with a dremel and cutting out a ring where the mixture can get squished.
