Re: honda hobbit stocko shocko extremo 70cc kit
I ended up pulling the frame from the engine and wheel. Next, I connected the new bigger piston to connecting rod. Then, oiled the piston and placed the gasket on the cylinder jug then put the jug on the head. Next, I put on the stock head. And replaced the old plug with an NGK BP7HS spark plug. Everything went on very smooth and easily. I pulled out the oil pump and put in a drain plug that I bought at Ace Hardware for $4. This plug works very well.
I jetted the carb to a #70 drill bit wire gauge not Dellorto jet size. I had to use a stock gutted exhaust because I did not bring the pocket bike exhaust to where I was working on the bike. Next weekend the pocket bike exhaust will go on.
The bike started on the first kick. I will complete the project with a pocket bike exhaust next week.
