"drag bikes used to do it." YES, FOUR STROKES, AND THEY STILL DO EVEN FOR MANY OTHER TYPES OF RACING. SHOW ME A PICK OF A SINGLE RING TWO STROKE WITH RINGLAND PORTS, NO SUCH THING.
"simular idea to using a dykes ring piston." SIMULAR IN ONE WAY BUT THE UPPER RING LAND DOESN"T LEAK UPWARD FLOW ON A DYKES RING PACK. READ STUFFY CRANK THREAD.
It is apparent that the very basic premis for this mod has been misunderstood and overlooked here.
