Re: simple tjt variator question - honda pa50ii
haven't found a thread on this but...
have we yet to figure out the proper spring length that came with the TJT vari kit?
at the moment i am using a TJT with stock rear spring and stock clutch springs.
anyone know how to get the rpms down when decelerating ??
can we weigh stock rollers AND roller housing(movable drive face) and compare it to the TJT rollers and roller housing(movable drive face) then take the strength of the stock spring and equate it to the TJT spring?
s.a. tjt a. s.a.(stock assembly) tjt a.(tjt assembly)
--- = ----
s.s. tjt s.? s.s.(stock spring) tjt s. (tjt spring) unknown
i know there are variables, but maybe the spring could be put to an average workable strength?
